About Me

What guides me above all is the understanding that we are all human—and I believe real connection begins with authentic, respectful relationships. As a parent coach, trainer, and longtime advocate, I support families navigating the complexities of neurodiversity and disability. I work directly with parents using a mindful, structured coaching protocol to foster growth, reduce stress, and create more manageable home environments.
With years of experience in homes, classrooms, and communities, I bring compassion, strategies, advocacy, and real-world tools to families seeking both support and hope. Through my platform, I share stories, insights, and resources drawn from my work with hundreds of children and their caregivers.
I’ve also built a loyal podcast following by offering relevant, practical information to parents and caregivers. Each week, I host inspiring guests from across the fields of disability services, outreach, advocacy, and lived experience—amplifying voices that make a difference.
This path found me—and I’m deeply grateful it did. Now, I invite you to walk it with me: share your stories, celebrate your children’s triumphs, and become part of a growing, compassionate community grounded in understanding, respect, and purpose. Follow along, subscribe to the podcast, and stand with us in the fight for disability rights and inclusion. Together, our voices are stronger—and our impact greater.
